Our Story
From humble beginnings to a global player, NAVEDA IMPEX OVERSEAS traces its journey back to Late Shri Ashwani Aggarwal, Grandson of Late Shri Lala Mahavir Prasad Ji who envisioned a business that would not only serve customers but also reflect the values of integrity, hard work, and community. Today, as a family-run enterprise, we are proud to embody those very principles.
Serving since 1986 by the late Shri Ashwani Aggarwal, Naveda Impex Overseas has a rich legacy rooted in the chemical industry. Initially specializing in biocides, algicides, and anti-foaming agents, the company supplied these essential products to prominent Sugar industries in UP, and many big giants. Naveda Impex Overseas is proudly owned and operated by the Aggarwal family, who, with the passage of time, embarked on a journey of expansion and innovation. Transitioning from third-party manufacturing, the company made significant strides by establishing its own state-of-the-art manufacturing plant before 2019.
Recognizing the evolving landscape brought on by the global pandemic, Naveda Impex Overseas swiftly adapted to market dynamics. In response to the increased significance of essential commodities, the company devised a strategic approach by creating four distinct divisions under the umbrella of Naveda Impex Overseas. This transformation facilitated the company’s evolution from being primarily an exporter to launching its products in select regions across India.
